Though born in Arkansas, Susan lived most of her life in Dallas, before relocating to Little Rock in 2006. Once back in the Natural State, she quickly fell in love with Little Rock and enthusiastically jumped into the real estate market, gaining extensive experience and quickly becoming a top selling realtor in the area every year since 2007. After working with local, privately owned agencies in the Little Rock areas as top agent for over 7 years, in 2014 Susan opened her own boutique, full service agency with a team of experienced professionals who will meet your real estate needs quickly, efficiently and effectively. With her team, she will continue to provide her clients with the full-service, outside-the-box approach for which she is so well known. With her degree in Economics, and over 30 years of extensive sales and marketing experience, Susan has a clear understanding of the economic variables that impact buyers and sellers in Central Arkansas. Through utilization of trend and statistical analysis to help her clients accomplish their real estate goals, her understanding of today’s rapidly changing real estate economy enables her to give her clients a cutting edge advantage. Susan is recognized annually as a DIAMOND level producer by the Arkansas Realtors Association, and consistently ranks in the top 5 individual agents in Little Rock by Arkansas Business. Most significantly to Susan, the last 5 years, she has been voted among the best Realtors in the state by readers of Soiree Magazine. Susan is married to her husband of 30 years, Michael, with whom she has two fantastic children, both now grown. While very passionate and devoted to real estate, Susan makes time to volunteer for the two causes near and dear to her heart, Easter Seals of AR and The Arkansas Prostate Cancer Foundation, where she has repeatedly served as chair of fundraisers for both organizations. Susan also represents the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce as a city Ambassador, welcoming new chamber company members, hosting business events and participating in ribbon cuttings for local businesses.
