An Arkansas Delta native, Chris has called Little Rock home for more than 13 years. Chris is a skilled communicator who puts his clients’ interests at the forefront while bringing creative solutions to the table to ensure that their real estate goals are met. His in- depth knowledge of Central Arkansas is underpinned by his 20-year career in economic development at the local, state, and national levels and anchored by his time at Entergy Arkansas and with Boyette Strategic Advisors.
With strong relationships throughout the Little Rock region and Arkansas, Chris will uncover buyers and market your property to his extensive network. He enjoys combining his business acumen with customized marketing strategies to create “wins” for each client.
Because of his innate desire to see the region prosper, Chris spearheaded the development of Create Little Rock, the Little Rock Regional Chamber’s initiative to keep, attract, and grow creative talent. Chris is a Class XXV graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock as well as a longstanding member and former Board of Trustees chair of that organization. Further, he has served in leadership positions for many local, nonprofit boards that serve the community and is the 2020 chair of the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
While he may tell you that his education was derived from his family’s legacy in agriculture, Chris is a graduate of Arkansas State University and has a concentrated study in master-level organizational communications from University of Arkansas Little Rock. Be sure to ask him about his knowledge of available land in Northeast Arkansas, especially if you’re interested in acquiring production acres for farming or tracts of land for recreational use.
When I’m not with clients, I assist my husband, Jonathan, in his full-service interior design firm, J. Parkey. If we’re not working in Central Arkansas, you can find us traversing the United States and the globe to source furniture or art for Jonathan’s clients … or for our own home. Not ones to pass up any fun, our free time is spent with family, friends, and a glass of wine on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, laughing with one of our many nieces, nephews, and godchildren, or planning our next adventure.
