Karen Moulton, Multi-Million Dollar Producer
Born in Canada, Karen grew up living all over the world, married an American, and became an American citizen in 2009. After living in Alabama for 5 years while her husband completed his doctorate, Karen moved to the Natural State in 2010. Karen loves living in Arkansas – the state is beautiful and the people are fabulous!
With a BA in Psychology and Sociology, Karen has excelled in the business world. She has been an administrator, has sold broadcast/print advertising and a professional recruiter. All of these experiences have led to a highly developed
Karen is married to Dr. Richard Woolridge, an Assistant Professor in the Business School at UALR. She has two grown children that live abroad. When not helping your real estate dreams come true, she and Richard can be found kayaking, hiking, and spending time with their dogs. They enjoy time with their many treasured friends, exploring all this state has to offer.
Karen is very active in the volunteer community. She spends her free time volunteering for The Green Grocery program (she is a sustaining life member) at Christ Church, is affiliated with the Daughters of the King nd is a member of the Arkansas Women’s Leadership Forum. She is also an avid recycler and long-standing member of the SPCA. Karen has never met an animal that she didn’t love and they all love her right back!
